HOA Owned/Maintained Perimeter Fencing

The HOA owns and maintains approximately 1,550 feet of perimeter fencing in the Buffalo Mesa subdivision (fence lines marked in blue in the map below). The perimeter fence lines on the north and south sides of Heartland Drive are owned and maintained by the Reunion Metropolitan District.
Homeowners whose lots border HOA-maintained fencing are responsible for maintaining landscaping, pets and other conditions on their lots in a manner that does not damage or otherwise accelerate the wear and tear of the HOA's fence. The HOA will bill the respective homeowners for any costs incurred by the HOA to repair owner-caused damages to the HOA's fences.
